All items are custom made by The Crafty Mumma. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be posted/ready for collection. If you have a special orders, once I have all of the necessary materials and have given confirmation that everything has arrived to begin your product, please also allow the 14 business days for your product to be sent/ready for collection.

Style and variations:
Due to the nature of handmade items, what you receive will not always reflect the exact images shown on our website. There may be slight variations in patterns, colour and styles. The Crafty Mumma will aim to create your order as true to the website photos as possible.
Cancellations, Returns and Limited Warranties Policy:
When purchasing your products, please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. Please be sure to select and check the correct sizes, fonts and/or colours as no refunds will be given due to not checking and incorrect information being supplied. For special orders, there is a minimum 50% deposit required, before your order will commence is required. A private website link will be provided for payment. If you are to make a cancellation, this deposit fee is non-refundable to cover costs.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty, please email me at the.crafty.mumma.sa@gmail.com within 14 business days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please ensure that you email as soon as you receive your order with full name, description of the items and images of the damaged goods. We offer a limited 3 month replacement or repair warranty on our products when care advice has been followed. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide as much information as possible. Failure to care for your items as advised means you take full responsibility for any damage or faults that may occur. If an item needs replacing, the customer is required to pay shipping and must send images of items.

If you require shipping, our items are shipped with Australia Post. Custom orders will be shipped after product completion. Please allow up to 2 weeks for this. If there are any unexpected delays you will be notified. Once your item has been shipped we will sending tracking information via email or text. The Crafty Mumma will not accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your parcel. Please note that during busy periods, your items will take longer to ship.

Please allow up to two weeks for your items to be made. In most cases, it will be sooner than this and you will be contacted once your item is ready to organise a collection time. If your item is unexpectedly delayed, you will be notified. We will make contact with you once your item is ready to organise a pick up time.
